Refund Policy

This page sums up how refunds work at Bulin 47 AI. The same rules are part of our Terms of Service, which take precedence if the two ever differ.

If a video fails

If a video fails to generate, every credit for that video goes back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. You only spend credits on videos that finish.

If you change your mind

• Within 14 days of buying a credit pack, you can ask for a refund of the credits from that pack that you have not used.
• We refund 80% of the value of those unused credits: pack price × unused credits ÷ credits in the pack × 80%.
• Example: you bought the 1,000-credit Group pack for $49.90 and 500 credits are unused. The refund is $49.90 × 500 ÷ 1,000 × 80% = $19.96.
• Credits you spend come out of your oldest purchase first.

What cannot be refunded

• Credits already spent on videos that finished.
• Free or bonus credits.
• Purchases older than 14 days, except where the law requires a refund.

AI results vary, and exact lip sync is not guaranteed, so a finished video you do not like is not refunded. Check the photo tips before you generate: a clear, front-facing photo makes the biggest difference.

If you paid but the credits did not arrive

Email us with the address on your account and, if you have it, the payment receipt. We will add the credits or refund the payment.

How to ask

1. Email support@bulin-ai.com from the address on your account, within 14 days of the purchase.
2. Tell us which pack you want refunded.
3. We refund to the original payment method and remove the refunded credits from your balance. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Prices for reference

Packs start at $9.90 for 100 credits (one 19-second video in 480p). There is no subscription, and purchased credits never expire. See all packs on the pricing page.
