What to include

• A video that failed or looks wrong: the time you made it, and a screenshot from My Videos if you can.
• Credits that did not arrive: the payment receipt or the last digits of the card.
• A refund: which pack, within 14 days of buying it. See the refund policy.
• Deleting your photos or videos: that you want them deleted. You can also delete any video yourself in My Videos.
• A video of you that you did not agree to: a link to it or a description, and how we can reach you.

Takedown requests

If someone made a video with your photo without your permission, or you hold rights in material on this site, email us with the details above. We remove videos that break our Terms of Service and may close the account that made them.
